Unlike hotels or airlines we don’t overbook sites based on a mathematical probability that someone will cancel.

Rather, we book our sites knowing that you want the site you reserved and don’t appreciate being “bumped” because the mathematical probability didn’t hold up.

Often times we’ve turned away potential guests to hold your reservation for you. We value your decision to stay with us and protect what you’ve reserved.

We ask that you cancel within 3 days (or 30 days if it's a holiday or special event) to give us time to re-book the site. After all, we’ve been courteous in holding your site - we ask you be courteous in canceling your site by adhering to our cancellation policy.

Please note that holidays, special events and groups have different cancellation dates than the aforementioned 3 days (See Reservations page for details).
