Group Reservation Procedure

The group must appoint a Group Coordinator
The Group Coordinator must call and check availability with us for the variety of accommodations the group is seeking.
If sites are available, the Group Coordinator needs to compile a list of guests and fax or email it to us.
Each guest of the group is then required to call to provide a Visa or Mastercard credit card number to secure the reservation by paying the required deposit.
Reservation Notes
Cancellation dates will be different than if you make a reservation independently.
Groups will be placed as close together as possible based on availability and accommodations requested.
A group constitutes any number of people that exceeds you and immediate family or some very close friends.Some examples of groups might include:
- Family Reunions- Boy Scouts- Church Events- Business Retreats- Youth Groups- Traveling Caravans
